Ingredients:

  • 1 block extra firm tofu
  • 1/3 cup fine diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Bread

Preheat oven to

degrees.

Method:

  • Press tofu and shred
  • Add finely diced pickles
  • Blend all remaining ingredients and mix
  • Place on bread and enjoy!
