Ingredients:
- 1 block extra firm tofu
- 1/3 cup fine diced pickles
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp tumeric
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Bread
Preheat oven to
degrees.
Method:
- Press tofu and shred
- Add finely diced pickles
- Blend all remaining ingredients and mix
- Place on bread and enjoy!
