- Avocado, julienne cut
- Red pepper, julienne cut
- Mango, julienne cut
- Cucumber, julienne cut
- Purple cabbage, julienne cut
- Carrots, julienne cut
- Thai basil
- Circular rice papers
- Peanut satay sauce (or alternative dipping sauce)
Preheat oven to
degrees.
Method:
- Add warm water to a large bowl that is at least a few inches wider than your rice papers.
- Rinse the rice paper back and forth in the bowl for around 20 seconds, or until it begins to soften (but not so long it becomes completely soft!)
- Clean a spot on your counter and sprinkle some water onto it for your rolling station, and place your soften rice paper there.
- Add whatever ingredients you like, roll up, and enjoy with sauce! Standard servings are 3-5 rolls per person.
