Honey Harissa Baked Feta Pasta

Ingredients:
- 3 Tbsp Harissa Paste/Sauce
- 1.5 Tbsp Honey
- 1 block of feta
- 2-3 chicken breasts
- 150g cherry tomatoes
- 1 yellow pepper
- Squeeze of lemon
- 300g farfalle pasta
- Fresh basil to taste
Preheat oven to
400
degrees.
Method:
- Mix together rose harissa paste and honey in a small bowl.
- Place chicken and feta in 9x13 baking dish. Cover in harissa sauce mix.
- Add tomatoes and thinly sliced peppers to baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
- Cook pasta
- Shred chicken and mash feta
- Add pasta to baking dish and mix.
- Enjoy!
