Ingredients:

  • English muffin
  • Arugula or spinach
  • Tomato, sliced
  • Avocado sliced
  • Cheese
  • Toppings of choice (we like to use chipotle mayo and rasberry habanero jelly!)

Preheat oven to

degrees.

Method:

  1. Toast english muffin and dress as you like.
  2. Fry egg.
  3. Add to muffin and enjoy!
